Job Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of administration support including general office administration, gift and stationery procurement, stock management, office renovation and maintenance.
  • Prepare department work plan, budget and work summary.
  • Provide backup support to the administration team when required, including backup reception duties and greeting guests.
  • Assist and organize activities in company events like annual dinner, sports day and guest greetings.
  • Handled ad hoc projects as assigned.

 Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in business administration discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in office administration.
  • Stable, self motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and administration management skills.
  • Good command of English, Chinese & Mandarin.
