Administration Manager

Job Summary:

Reporting directly to senior management, the individual will lead the administrative team to provide a full spectrum of high quality administrative and support services, including written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute and oversee the cost-efficient operation of quality resources and facilities.
  • Review, revise and update systems, documents and materials.
  • Manage administrative staff performance and appraisal.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc undertakings as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of ten years’ relevant experience; facility management experience of a large-scale site is an advantage.
  • Work independently, multi-tasking, organized and accountable.
  • Strong interpersonal and team work skills, with good communication technique.
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including the Cantonese dialect.
  • Skilled user of Microsoft Office applications.
