Responsibilities:
-Review, formulate and implement administration policies, procedures and operating manuals of Group
-Prepare management reports, business correspondence and documentation
-Oversee the full spectrum of office administration functions including daily office administrative operations, procurement, facilities management, insurance management, vehicle management, etc
-To supervise the team to provide day-to-day administration support and services
-Prepare annual budget and control expenditure of administration services
-Contribute to health, safety and environmental initiatives
-Review and update the internal procedure, inventory control and warehouse management
-Handle quotation comparison/analysis and price negotiation with vendors
-Design and organize corporate events and activities
-Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operations
-Perform supports on any special or ad hoc projects
Requirements:
-Degree Holder in Business Administration or related discipline
-Minimum 10 years relevant working experience with at least 5 years in managerial level
-Solid experience in sizable company is preferable
-Mature, well-organized and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills, able to handle confidential information
-Impeccable time management & project management ability; able to multi-task and prioritize workload
-Exceptional organizational, problem solving skills, analytical skills, and planning skills to achieve the milestones as required
-Detail oriented, self-motivated and with strong sense of responsibility
-Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred
-Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word-processing
-Immediate availability is preferred
