Administration Officer (5-Day Work)

  • provide general administrative duties and clerical support
  • organize files, folders and documents effectively, both on paper and on computer
  • help collect necessary data for periodic reports and analysis
  • undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by supervisor
  • perform receptionist duties


  • Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years' relevant working experience in general office administration
  • Hands-on experience in using PC applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, with a strong administration background
  • Good command in both English & Chinese (incl. Mandarin and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and urgency
  • Well-organized, proactive, independent and be self-driven to handle a multi-task environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12,000.00 to $15,000.00 /month
