Administration Officer/ Administration Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide all-rounded of clerical and administrative support to the department, including procurement, claim and pretty cash handling, answer incoming phone calls, filing and data entry etc.,
  • Prepare of quotations, purchase order, work order and tenders documents,
  • Coordinate with Client for monthly maintenance schedule,
  • Participate in ad hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in secretarial/ business administration or related discipline,
  • Minimum of 3 years’ office administrative experience, preferably in Engineering industry will be an advantage,
  • Proficient in MS Office application including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing,
  • Multi-tasking, good communication and interpersonal skills, with strong customer-oriented mindset,
  • Immediately available is preferred.

(Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate from university will be considered for the post of ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT)
