Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and clerical work to the Company
  • Assist in office administration & coordination works, liaise with both internal & external parties
  • Sourcing/purchasing follow up, project coordination & negotiations
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in sizable company
  • Experience in general office administration is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently
  • Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • A self-starter and good team player; strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded, well-organized, good interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Administration Clerk
