Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager in all aspect of project follow up such as administrative support, material handling, quotation preparation, site coordination, manpower distribution etc.
  • Coordinate with the clients and ensure the work progress and service quality have been completed on time and well satisfying.
  • Take care of all related administration work such as management reports preparation, attendance records verification, and act as back up in case of emergencies and be prepared to work hands on with the team to meet tight deadlines.
  • Train and support front office staff.
  • Provide daily administration support to different departments in the Company.
  • Manage and coordinate the Company’s office/warehouses.
  • Perform regular checking to ensure office tidiness and facilities readiness.
  • Explore new business opportunities to extend market coverage.
  • Planning strategies action, formulate business plan and implement effective strategies to achieve business target.
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks whenever necessary.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above.
  • At least 3 years experience in administration, management and securities industry.
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office application such as Word, Excel & Chinese Word processing.
  • Detail-minded, hard-working, attentive to details, self-motivated, and with good communication skills.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Admin Assistant officer.
  • Fresh graduate with good profile will be considered as Admin Clerk.
  • Immediate available or short notice is an advantage.
