Administration Officer (Event Management) – 5 Days Work

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support to General Manager & Directors, including personal matters.
  • Assist prepare payment to suppliers and monthly payroll.
  • Assist in providing clerical and administration support to all staff, such as daily supplies replenishment.
  • Assist in keeping storage record up-to-date.
  • Assist in office renovation and relocation arrangement.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as required.
  • Candidate should willing to work overtime under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or other equivalent with a minimum 5 years related working experience.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.  
  • Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a MUST.
  • Detail-minded, independent, presentable and well-organized.
  • Able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks independently.

Working Location: Chai Wan

12 Days Annual Leave per Year after Probation
