Our client is a major Investment Banking in APAC.
Requirements and Application Details:
 
    Duties:

  • Assist in implementation and process projects admin works

  • Support to special mail, statements, and advice duplicates, eBanking applications, return emails and queries

  • Ensure client files are stored

  • Prepare Management and Statistical reports, analyse and explain trends in volume activity

  • Process Static Data updating request

  • Clerical works including record retention, scanning, indexing and validating image of legal documents

  • Assist in the client on-boarding documentation process

  • Willing to support to whole team in any ways with professional manner

  • Assist to maintain the smooth conversation on on-boarding process, compliance, legal, RM teams, and other departments

  • Ad hoc duties

  • Requirements:

  • Degree Holder

  • Fluent in English

  • Very strong in Excel, ACCESS, Powerpoint and reports

  • Familiar with private clients in on-boarding process in Banks

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
