Administration Officer / Manager

Duty :
  • Responsible for all office administration & HR functions

  • Issue invoice to clients & follow up

  • Familiar with IBM's agency invoicing system is definitely an advantage

  • Require communicating and working with clients or job seekers

  • Responsible for employees payroll & attendance management

  • Work with IT Support to manage maintenance on office computers or other office facilities and performance

  • Perform any ad-hoc task as assigned by GM or Supervisor
Requirement :

Job Requirement:
  • College or Diploma graduate or above in business study or related field

  • 2 years or above in office administration experience

  • Solid experience in IBM’s agency invoicing system

  • Strong communication and influence skills

  • Good written and spoken English. Fluent Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Eager to learn & with good support service attitude
