Job Description:

  • Responsible for scheduling staff's roster according to client's request
  • Handle staff inquiries on rostering issues
  • Provide statistics and analysis support on operational issues
  • Work closely with manager to improve staff utilization
  • Provide administration support on business operations such as quotation and contract preparation

Requirement:

  • Degree holder from any disciplines preferably in business administration
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business operations support, preferable on rostering or scheduling
  • Proficient in using MS Excel formulations and functions
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills
