Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing contract to building service contractor
  • Arrange insurance coverage to various locations
  • Handle correspondence independently
  • Handle general office administrative services
  • Other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferable
  • 3 years working experience preferably gained in sizable company
  • Knowledge in insurance and contract administration is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Independent, good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Immediate available is preferable
