Responsibilities

  • Provide administration and secretarial support to senior management
  • Maintain filing system and handle all incoming and outgoing correspondences
  • Update and maintain the documents on coming policy, standard operation correspondences
  • Assist to deal with procurement issues
  • Provide administration support to operation teams
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

  • University degree holder
  • At least 3 years of solid experience in Admin / HR in sizable company. Experience in the field of property management is an advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficient in MS applications such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
  • Self-motivated, proactive, assertive, positive, attentive to details and well-organized
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferable
