Administration Officer

  • 5-day week
  • Discretionary bonus


  • Assist in developing and maintaining effective facilities management for the office building.
  • Liaise and manage with Service Providers to ensure works are completed with required time, cost & quality
  • Monitor the out-sourced services, e.g. maintenance, supplies, installations, renovations
  • Work on AUTOCAD drawings for office layout / office removal / modification work / office seating plan
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor


  • Higher diploma or Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering, Building Studies, Electrical Engineering, Building Surveying or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years’ relevant working experience (worked in sizeable organization is an advantage)
  • Be flexible on the work schedule
  • Be well organized, proactive, self-motivated and meticulous in problem solving
  • Proficiency in MS Office
