Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all aspects of HR & Admin duties including but not limited to recruitment up to officer level, payroll & MPF system administration, HRIS and general personnel administration duties;
  • Handle Office administration including purchasing, housekeeping, company cars, drivers and relevant motor administrative duties, travel arrangement and assist IT & varies system management;
  • Participate in office renovation projects in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, that ensure the projects are moved forward on the right track as planned;
  • Assist in formulate and implement HR and Administration policies and procedures;
  • Other ad hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder;
  • At least 4 years relevant working experience, candidates with IT help desk knowledge  is an asset;
  • Willing to work in a fast pace environment;
  • Good communication, negotiation, project management and crisis management skills;
  • Self-motivated, logical thinking and responsible;
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
