Job Description

  • Full set secretarial works such as agenda and minutes, traveling arrangement, E-mail respond, purchase stationary items etc.
  • Prepare payroll and MPF contribution monthly, E-banking supports
  • Source vendors of lighting products  
  • Assistant invoices to customers ,samples follow-up , declare custom by needs
  • Prepare presentation


Requirements:

  • 1years’ experience in secretarial field
  • Good command of English and Mandarin,
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word & Excel,
  • Independent, self-motivated, hard-working, mature mind, and can work under pressure
