Our Administration Department owns the workplace, making sure that it is pleasant, well-ordered, safe, and healthy. Together with other administrative services, we are providing a total support infrastructure to our colleagues, enabling them to efficiently perform their jobs in the office. We are planning, organizing and controlling the professional services delivery in office administration, facilities management, office improvement and renovations, as well as travel management. We are continuously looking for quality, innovative and cost-effective solutions to enhance our services, and in turn, improve our internal customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee office facilities management
  • Handle procurement and repair & maintenance of office furniture and office equipment
  • Monitor and administer the company access control system
  • Arrange flight and accommodation booking for colleagues’ business travel
  • Provide support for company events
  • Assist toback up reception services and other ad-hoc administrative functions as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration or any related discipline
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in office administration preferably from sizable companies
  • Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
