Administration Officer

CRE Properties ( Hong Kong ) Limited

Responsibilities

  • To Perform office general clerical and administrative duties
  • To Update and maintain accurate staff attendance and leave records
  • To assist in preparing reports, presentation materials and minutes
  • To assist in other ad-hoc assignment
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with the internal department and external parties


Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years working experiences
  • Good command in both of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Independent and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in MS office (word, excel, powerpoint)
  • Immediately available is preferred

Working location : Kwai Chung
