Administration Officer

Responsibilities:

  • HR management including recruitment, staff training, compensation & benefit and daily management
  • Assist in formulated and executed company policy and procedures
  • Office operation and general administration duties
  • Maintain an effective communication with service teams
  • Support organization in capacity building in the area of office operation, IT, volunteer management & membership
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines
  • At least 3 year’s relevant working experience is preferable
  • Proficient in both in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well versed in computer literacy in MS Office & website administration
  • Fast learner, energetic, Self- motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Solid knowledge in Employment Ordinances and related regulations
  • Knowledge and experience in IT and renovation work is an advantage
  • Immediate available is preferred
