Job Purpose :

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team for Administration, customer services, Human Resources and Finance support to the team. A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for employees and clients, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing contracts, office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.

Qualifications and experience

  • Diploma in Accounting or Business administration above.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Solid experience in administration work, inventory management and finance settlement and reporting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with outstanding customer service
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Experience in project administration or testing is an advantage

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide administration services for office supply & IT devices procurement, delivery logistics arrangement and inventory management.
  • Provide hot line services to handle customer incident reporting and follow up with customer support engineers.
  • Administration work for customer/vendor settlement, billing, payment and reporting
  • Staff attendance and HR support
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese / Mandarin
  • Attention to detail
