Administration Officer

  • Duties:

    • Reporting to Japanese executive
    • Perform accurate communication duties between external and internal departments
    • responsible for Administrative and departmental secretarial duties

    Requirements:

    • Diploma holder of business administration or in any discipline
    • M inimum 3-5 years of working experiences
    • Good knowledge in computer skills
    • Basic knowledge in accounting
    • Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
    • Can speak Japanese is an advantage
    • can work Independent, organized and willing to learn
    • Immediate available is preferred
