Administration Officer
Responsibilities:
- Handle loan administration operations i.e. loan drawdown / filing
- Coordinate with outside professionals to follow up the progress of the Loan and Legal documents
- Coordinate with other teams for internal system checking, data input etc.
- Handle any ad hoc projects and tasks whenever necessary
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- Relevant working experience in banks or financial institutions is preferred
- Good command of in English and Chinese;
- Well organized, detailed minded, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS office
