Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Operations and Administration Team in routine office and facility management, such as office supply management, venue booking system, evaluation data system, etc.
  • Provide support to training logistics, including enrolment, payment, room setup and data input
  • Execute measures to ensure high quality of the logistics and analytics of training programmes, events and activities
  • Conduct other ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisors

 

Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree or above
  • Administration or operations experience an asset
  • Self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer software applications including MS-Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-point, Chinese word processing
  • Good command in English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of IT is an advantage
  • Fresh graduate will be also considered
