Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • To co-ordinate and make appointments with agents and potential tenants and show them around properties of the Group
  • Act as the direct contact point to respond to agents / tenants' phone calls, emails and report to the Directors
  • To custody a complete set of duplicate keys for all properties and provide these when necessary incl holidays
  • To apply or handle (together with colleagues) renovation and public utility matters incl water, electricity and etc of relevant properties
  • Co-ordinate inspections by statutory authorities, insurance company representatives and etc may be required
  • To attend inter-departmental working meetings
  • To help (with the assistance of in-house and / or external law firms) drafting and execution of lease or S&P agreements
  • Assist the Directors Property to create a database for each property bringing together documentation of sales brochure, lease and / or S&P agreements, insurance policies, drawings, contracts, manuals etc
  • Handle tenants' complaints if any
  • Attend owners' committee meetings


Qualifications and Experience

  • Holder of Degree / Diploma in property management or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years’ related experiences in property industry / management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, service-oriented and strong sense of responsibility
  • Mature, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
