4 months contract role for Maternity Cover 


Manages and supports office administrative activities for Hong Kong office.


  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 3-5 years related working experience
  • Good Command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Excellent in interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking, well organized and proactive
  • Able to work independently and mature
  • Attention to details and stable
  • Familiar with MS Office applications
  • Knowledge & implementation exp. of 5S & ISO management system is definitely advantaged
  • Working Location: Kwai Fong


Administration Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manages administrative activities of local office;
  • Stays abreast of administrative trends and developments for office application.
  • Manages company license to make sure that legality of the company activities
  • Implement and control admin. flow cost, such as stationary, telephone, and office utilities/ expenses, transport, etc., also in charge of internal order and distribution procedures, in charge of the monthly payment for administration general affairs.
  • Ensures at all times that the site is maintained in a secure manner, visitors are appropriately greeted and registered, and movements in and out of all goods, staff and other visitors are appropriately authorized.
  • Be responsible for traveling arrangements (hotel/flight booking, transport arrangement etc)
  • Maintenances of office furniture and equipment
  • Keeps the good relationships with local government department and authorities.
  • Responsible to keep the office in a neat, structured and presentable condition, as it can be expected from a ZEISS office. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Makes sure, that all workspaces and storage area are in a neat, structured and presentable condition.
    • Sees, reports and initiates actions to amend deteriorating office structure and general office condition.
    • Ensures the office safety
