Administration Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the VP of Administration, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administrative function including but not limited to procurement of office supplies, document filing, memo writing, prepare monthly report
  • To supervise cleaners and security guards
  • To handle daily shuttle buses service and meal supply
  • Organize annual activities
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related disciplines
  • A minimum of 6 years' relevant experience in related field, 2 years of which in a supervisory capacity
  • Proficiency in various office software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Willing to learn and take up extra responsibility
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
