Administrative and Customer Services Officer

Sunshine Laundry Factory Co Ltd

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for routine store administration duties including POS system, inventory control, personnel and general administration of assigned
  2. Act as a communication channel between Store Operations and internal departments
  3. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  4. Customer-oriented with good communication and with a passion for building customer loyalty
  5. Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned


Job Requirements:

  1. DSE / Form 7 or above
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in customer services is preferred
  3. Creative problem-solving, eager to find customized solutions and strong written and verbal communication
  4. Self-motivated, able to handle multiple tasks and work independently
  5. Well organized and good time management skills
  6. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  7. Good PC skills in Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  8. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Admin. & CS Officer
  9. Immediately available is preferred
