  • Responsible for all-round receptionist duties including greeting visitors, answering general enquiries, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to the core functions of the Foundation Secretariat Office 
  • Perform daily operation of the department and coordinate with different parties
  • Respond to incoming telephone and email enquiries
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Foundation Secretary and his/her delegates


  • Diploma holder or above with minimum 5 years' front desk and office administration experience
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Pleasant, good working attitude and a team player
  • Detail-minded, well-organized and able to prioritize work
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing
