  • Schedule executive meetings and travel plans are one of the important duties that an executive assistant need to perform.
  • Assisting executives in all possible works likes in meetings, preparing documents and presentations; prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, recording meeting discussions, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Need to attend phone calls from clients and also respond to the emails received from clients and concerned party members without fail.
  • It is executive assistant duty to complete the assigned work at given time without any delay and by the end of the day it is his/her responsibility to report to the executive or supervisor with completion of given work.
  • Updating executive about appoints with various clients.
  • It is executive assistant’s duty to make sure all the reports and data files are arranged in a perfect manner so as to avoid any inconvenience in business matters.
  • Ensure client’s satisfaction with company services is one of the main responsibilities of an executive assistant.
  • If any changes happen in company rules then executive assistant is the one who need to acquire complete knowledge about all the changes taken place so as to update the staff members.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field
  • FMCG and Beauty industrial are highly preferred
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Able to work independently and highly meticulous
  • Proactive, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Travel to Shenzhen office if necessary
  • Immediate available will be higher preferred
