Duties

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Retail Team and Leasing Team
  • Liaise with different internal departments to follow up on purchase orders logistics 
  • Handle cheque requisitions and arrange payments
  • Prepare regular reports
  • Handle simple leasing enquiries
  • Undertake the responsibility of documentation 
  • Outdoor works will include customs declaration for imported retail merchandise and settlement of stamp duty for tenancy agreement
  • Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements

  • Tertiary education or above 
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Proficient with computer software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; Mandarin would be a definite advantage
