Provide clerical and administrative support to Retail Team and Leasing Team
Liaise with different internal departments to follow up on purchase orders logistics
Handle cheque requisitions and arrange payments
Prepare regular reports
Handle simple leasing enquiries
Undertake the responsibility of documentation
Outdoor works will include customs declaration for imported retail merchandise and settlement of stamp duty for tenancy agreement
Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned
Tertiary education or above
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Proficient with computer software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; Mandarin would be a definite advantage
