Administrative Assistant (18-20K/Hung Hom)


Our client, a listed energy company, is now looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, research and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Greeting and assist visitors.
  • Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipating the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.


Job Requirements:

  • 5 subjects passed in HKCEE / HKDSE or
  • Diploma / Bachelor holder
  • 1-year proven experience as an administration or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • Engineering company experience is an advantage
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
