Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of office administration duties
  • Handle correspondence independently
  • Handling inquiries by phone call or email
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree / Higher Diploma holders preferred in Administration Management / Business Management
  • 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English with conversational Mandarin
  • Good computer skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Well organized and attentive to details
  • Mature, independent and good interpersonal skill
