Administrative Assistant (Accounts)

Helping Hand

Major Duties:

  • to handle accounts and perform routine accounting tasks including payment/ receipts requisitions, vouchers, data input, fee collection, accounts reconciliation, cash flow statement and payroll facilitation
  • to assist in budgeting, funding applications, internal control procedural updates, audit schedules, tax filing and ad-hoc assignments


  • diploma in accounting or above
  • student member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent
  • have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • 4 years or above related working experience
  • familiar with PC and knowledge in Excel, MS Word and Chinese Word is a must
  • knowledge in ACCPAC is an advantage

Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
