Administrative Assistant (Accounts)

Helping Hand

Major Duties:

  • To handle routine accounting tasks including payment/ receipts requisitions, vouchers, data input, fee collection, accounts reconciliation and payroll facilitation
  • To assist in budgeting and ad-hoc assignments


  • Diploma or LCCI Higher qualification or above
  • Minimum 1-2 years related working experience
  • Familiar with PC and knowledge in Excel
  • Knowledge in Accounting software is an advantage
  • Early / immediate availability is preferred
