Responsibilities

Reporting to the Manager (Administration and Resources Management), the appointee will be required to:

  • provide day-to-day administrative support to the PMSA Executive Office, including but not limited to procure and maintain office supplies and equipment; assist in facilities management, and maintain central filing system, etc.;
  • assist in Human Resources functions/activities, including recruitment, maintaining personnel records and updating HR databases, etc;
  • handle general internal and external enquiries;
  • perform offsite duties such as mailing, documents/parcel delivery and delivery and  cheque bank-in, etc., when necessary;
  • provide logistics support and prepare documents for PMSA’s meetings, events and activities; and
  • undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Tertiary education or above, preferably in Business Administration;
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience;
  • Working experience in Human Resources and/or Administration is preferable;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • A good team player with strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and problem solving skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

 

Terms of Appointment

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  An initial 3-year contract will be offered to the successful candidate of the post. Future employment may be offered on renewable contracts subject to performance and staffing needs.
