Job Description:

  • To provide administrative support to office operation
  • To coordinate duties with other departments/clients/vendors
  • To assist in other ad hoc assignments as assigned
  • 5.5 working days

Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • Preferably with 1 years’ clerical working experience
  • Good telephone manner is essential
  • Work overtime (Paid overtime) and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, Chinese Word and e-mail processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is preferable
  • Good communication skills and self-motivated
  • Immediately available is preferable
