Administrative Assistant/ Administrative Officer

Pacific Adjusting Services Limited is a loss adjusting company located in Hong Kong. We are handling insurance claims on behalf of the insurance companies. We are looking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following post:
Key Responsibility
Handling general clerical and office administrative work
Data input and verification
Maintain a sound filing system of business documents and correspondence
Continual liaisons with Insured, Insurers &/or brokers for case follow-up
Undertake other duties if request

Diploma or above
Fluent Cantonese and good command of English
Proficient in PC skills , particularly on Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing.
Self-motivated, hardworking and detail-minded
Well-organized, efficient and systematic
Good time-management and problem-solving skills
Attentions to details, independent, reliable, flexible and integrity
Relevant working experience is preferable, but not a must
