Administrative Assistant/ Assistant to Consultant

IDEAL

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception & office admin duties 
  • Procurement of office supplies and equipment  
  • Handle expenses reimbursement  
  • Prepare statement and invoice settlement  
  • Provide clerical support 
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned  

Job Requirements:

  • HKCEE or HKDSE level or above with a Pass in Mathematics and Chinese/English
  • Responsible, detail-minded and well-organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office  
  • Proficient in spoken and written in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • At least 1 year experience in administrative support
  • (Experience in financial industry is preferred)
  • Fresh graduated will also be considered
  • Immediately available is preferred
