Administrative Assistant/ Assistant to Consultant
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general reception & office admin duties
- Procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Handle expenses reimbursement
- Prepare statement and invoice settlement
- Provide clerical support
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- HKCEE or HKDSE level or above with a Pass in Mathematics and Chinese/English
- Responsible, detail-minded and well-organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in spoken and written in English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
- At least 1 year experience in administrative support
- (Experience in financial industry is preferred)
- Fresh graduated will also be considered
- Immediately available is preferred
