Administrative Assistant (Banking)

Our client is a well-known Financial Institution .

Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative and logistic support to the team
  • Check invoices and arrange payment
  • To carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned

  Requirements:

  • Diploma or above, with full certificate in HKDSE/HKCEE
  • One year’s relevant experience preferred
  • Fluent Cantonese, good command of English and Putonghua
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word-processing
  • Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
