Administrative Assistant / Clerk

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for data entry, filing and clerical duties.
  • Prepare business documents (e.g. quotation, invoice) and reports.
  • Perform reception, customer service duties and courier arrangement.
  • Assist in preparing product information for website and catalogue use.
  • Assist in online shop daily operation
  • To handle daily communications with external parties.
  • Undertake administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as required.


  • Form 7 (HKAL)/Form 6(DSE) or above
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Knowledge in possess logistics and freight will be advantage.
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Excellent PC knowledge and Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
