Administrative Assistant - Company Secretarial Department

Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team such as filing, data entry and updating of statutory records
  • Maintain and update reports, records, and filing systems
  • Liaise with different departments
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the department head

Requirements:

  • F.6 or above, with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferable in legal firms or listed companies
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking is an advantage
  • Proficient in Chinese Word Processing, MS Word & Excel
  • Independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
  • Immediately available is preferred
