Responsibilities:

  • To assist on departmental administration and documentation matters including data entry and filing
  • As a department coordinator 

Requirements:

  • F7/DSE or above with 2-3 years related work experience in office / administration support
  • Good telephone manner with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Self-motivated, will to learn and with strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available preferred
