Administrative Assistant, Customer Services (Contract until 31 December 2018)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the fax server
  • Centralize outgoing courier and unpack incoming courier with verifying document checklist
  • Process daily administrative work (such as application screening, policy administration and other services follow up) within agreed service turnaround time
  • Distribute client’s correspondence to business partners
  • Update operation report for supervisor’s monitoring
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience in clerical support
  • Good PC skill such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good speaking in Chinese & English
  • Pleasant & fast response
