Centralize outgoing courier and unpack incoming courier with verifying document checklist
Process daily administrative work (such as application screening, policy administration and other services follow up) within agreed service turnaround time
Distribute client’s correspondence to business partners
Update operation report for supervisor’s monitoring
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Form 7 or above
1-2 years relevant working experience in clerical support
Good PC skill such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Good speaking in Chinese & English
Pleasant & fast response
