Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will be posted to the Enforcement Section to handle the following:

  • assist in compliance inspections/visits, online spot checks and other enforcement activities under the Estate Agents Ordinance and the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) Ordinance
  • provide operational and administrative support (including maintaining filing system and compiling statistical reports)
  • perform such other duties as may from time to time be assigned


  • A recognized university degree / associate degree (candidates with solid relevant experience, at least 4 years, may be exempted from this requirement)
  • Experience in regulatory work / law enforcement / AML/CTF compliance / complaint and enquiries handling / litigation or other legal practices preferred but not necessary
  • Good analytical and communication skills and be able to work independently
  • A team player with a mature personality and good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge in property transactions and/or a valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage
  • Required to work outdoors, at irregular hours and on weekends as well as public/statutory holidays 

Terms of Appointment
Competitive remuneration package commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience will be offered. The appointee will initially be offered a 3-year contract, subject to renewal upon satisfactory performance and the service needs of the Authority.
