Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to department
- Handle large volumes of documentation processing and data entry
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support where needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
- Possess high interest in financial services, stock market/trading, investments, etc.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills and attentiveness to detail
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese is a MUST
- Immediately available is highly preferred
