Job Description:

  • Provide general office administrative and clerical supports
  • Liaise with different regional offices in HK, PRC and Oversea as required 
  • Provide secretarial support to the team
  • Field telephone calls and handle all inquiries within one's capacity
  • Greeting visitors in a professional manner, and acting as the key point of contact
  • Other ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above 
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in Admin and HR Dept.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good telephone manner
  • Able to work independently and mature



  • 13th Month Pay + Discretionary Bonus

  • Life Insurance for +2 years of service
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm, with alternative week off
