Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
  • At least 1 year working experience in the field of human resource and office administration
  • Familiar with HK Labor Ordinance is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently, work accurately within tight deadlines and willing to work overtime
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, with positive working attitude and a good team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To provide full spectrum of HR services, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefit, employee relations and staffing activities;
  • To coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure execution of human resources initiatives;
  • To maintain all staff-related record;
  • To purchase and maintain the office equipments and consumables in well functioning;
  • To perform the inventory control of office facilities and equipments;
  • To assist in providing a range of property administration services and security measures to ensure that all premises are well functioning and safeguarded;
  • To be responsible for other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
