Administrative Assistant (HR & Administration Department)

  • Responsible for general administrative functions for the department and Training Centres
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for daily operations
  • Assist in coordination and organization of corporate activities and staff engagement activities
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned


  • DSE/ Diploma or above
  • With formal commercial / secretarial training is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Well-mannered, strong sense of responsibility and cooperative
  • Well-organized, good initiative and self-motivated
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is an advantage


  • Full sponsorship for further studies e.g. bachelor’s and/or master’s degree
  • Medical and dental scheme
  • 15 days annual leave
  • 5-day work week

Work Location is in Wong Chuk Hang.
