  • Provide a wide range of secretarial and administrative support to a team
  • Handle extensive travel, accommodation and other logistics arrangement
  • Schedule appointments and calendar maintenance
  • Manage expenses claims, monthly reports and reimbursements
  • Prepare presentation materials for client meeting purposes
  • Ad hoc projects


  • Bachelor's degree in any disciplines
  • A minimum 1 year of relevant experience in administration
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed oriented, a team player with pleasant personality
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
  • Multi-tasker, can handle stress and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English is a must
  • Immediate availability preferred
